Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy – Truss the Process Housekeeping Services LLC Thank you for choosing Truss the Process Housekeeping Services! We’re committed to providing top-quality cleaning and a seamless booking experience. Please review our booking policy below to ensure clarity and peace of mind for both you and our team. Booking Process: Bookings can be made online, by phone, or via email. Appointments are confirmed once you receive a booking confirmation from our team. We offer a 12-month window to reserve services at a locked-in rate. Priority scheduling is available for Members Plan clients. Service Areas & Availability: We serve Canyon Country, Los Angeles, and surrounding areas. Services are available 24/7, including evenings, weekends, and holidays (subject to team availability). Rates & Payments: Service rates are clearly listed on our website and may vary based on package selection, add-ons, and property size. Payment is due at the time of service via Zelle, cash, or (coming soon) credit/debit card. A one-time setup fee may apply for new memberships and is non-refundable. Cancellations & Rescheduling: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee up to 50% of the service cost. No-shows will be charged the full service amount. Access & Preparation: Clients are responsible for providing access to the property at the scheduled time. Please secure pets, valuables, and fragile items before our team arrives. Additional charges may apply for excessive clutter or hazardous conditions. Add-Ons & Custom Requests: Add-on services can be selected during booking or requested in advance. We do not clean pet feces or hazardous materials (additional charges may apply if encountered). Satisfaction Guarantee: We are proud to be Yelp Guaranteed, offering up to $2,500 in protection for qualifying bookings. If you’re not satisfied, please contact us within 24 hours so we can address any issues promptly. Repeat Bookings & Memberships: Members enjoy priority scheduling, exclusive discounts, and flexible rescheduling. Membership terms and benefits are outlined in your welcome materials.
